Coverage Guide | Practice OQS Warranty

  • The warranty for used iPhone devices by Practice OQS is the first of its kind in the United Arab Emirates.
  • Warranty Cards for 3, 6 Months Or 1 Year.
  • All iPhone we sell have Service coverage for 6 Months.

Firstly, Premium Coverage terms from Practice OQS FZCO:

  • All phones that undergo the Practice OQS Premium test are covered by a full warranty 

        or any malfunctions that may occur during the specified period in the warranty guide below. 

  • The coverage starts from registered date after being thoroughly examined by our specialized technicians.
  • The coverage is valid only upon presenting the original invoice or sales receipt or the warranty card with phone’s IMEI
  • Failure to provide any of these documents or if any of them is incomplete may the warranty coverage being rejected.
  • The coverage will not apply if the phone’s serial number on the warranty card has been altered or changed
  • Warranty will be void if the phone is opened by unauthorized service centers or repair shops not approved by us.
  • We will not be responsible for any warranty, compensation, reimbursements, claims, or damages resulting from using unauthorized service centers.

  • Our authorized service center will repair or replace faulty parts with new ones according to the assessment of our supervising technicians during the repair process.

         The decision to repair or replace the faulty products will be made after examining the faulty parts.

  • All products and parts replaced by our authorized service center or branch will become our property.
  • This warranty does not cover transportation costs and associated risks to and from the authorized service center.
  • Repairing or replacing faulty products under this warranty does not extend or renew the warranty period. 

       The product may be repaired or replaced with spare parts that serve a similar function according to the terms of this warranty.

  • To avoid damage or loss of stored data, customers must remove or back up the data before submitting the mobile phone to the service center. The service center will not be responsible for any data loss in products repaired or replaced.
  • We reserve the right to charge service fees for any repairs or maintenance of any kind. The warranty does not apply in any cases other than those related to material, design, or manufacturing defects.
  • The repair or replacement process for defective products will start only when the defective products are submitted to our customer service center.

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs or replacements of parts due to natural wear and tear.
  • Misuse or improper use, including but not limited to failure to use the product according to the manufacturer’s instructions for its intended purposes or non-compliance with usage and care guidelines.
  • Failures resulting from using the product with unapproved add-ons from manufacturers of the product’s brand.
  • Defects in the product resulting from improper installation or usage without following the technical or safety standards specified in the product’s user manual.
  • Unauthorized modifications made to the product to comply with local technical standards.
  • Damage to the battery resulting from overcharging or failure to follow the instructions provided in the product’s user manual.

  • Changes, deletions, or illegibility of the serial number on the product.

Service coverage for All sold iPhones by Practice OQS FZCO, terms for Service Warranty:
  • All phones that undergo the Practice OQS Premium test are covered by a full warranty

  • The warranty is valid only for All iPhones that are sold by amazon front store or noon or our webstore.
  • Warranty for malfunctioning phones will be void if the phone is opened by unauthorized service centers or repair shops not approved by us, and we will not be responsible for any warranty. compensation, reimbursements, claims, or damages resulting from the use of unauthorized service centers.
